THE BONE GARDEN
Sunday, October 12 | 4:30 p.m.
Post-screening Q&A with writer and director Mike Gutridge
From the macabre mind of writer/director Mike Gutridge, THE BONE GARDEN is
a truly twisted tale of Alice Hardy (FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 3 scream queen Tracie
Savage), an attractive woman who seems to have it all: a successful husband, a
beautiful Victorian house, and a best friend. Beneath this seemingly idyllic life lies
a sense of sadness and doom as nothing turns out as it appears. Everything builds
towards a brilliant and terrifying third act. In additional to Savage, look for additional FRIDAY THE 13TH veterans - Paul Kratka and Ron Millkie. And fresh
off appearing in CALL GIRL OF CTHULHU on Friday night, local film film fans will
immediately be able to spot Don Dohler and John Waters regular George Stover.

Kimmel, and Matthew Wells star in this story about two young women of
different means who meet under violent circumstances and soon become the
best of friends, embarking on a relentless and bloody killing spree. A haunting

brutality and genocide. A nightmare of self-determination and cruelty. Bloody,

THE SMILEY FACE KILLERS
Tuesday, October 14 | 7:10 p.m.
What if you were making a documentary about a gang of serial killers and they
found out? Since 1998, The Smiley Face Killers gang has been responsible for the
drowning deaths of over 80 young men across 11 states. They torture their victims using water boarding style techniques for days and in some cases months
until they kill them. Then they dump the bodies in nearby rivers or lakes subsequently washing away any evidence and always leave their signature of a Smiley
Face painted nearby. In 2013, a documentary filmmaker became part of the story
when he disappeared while getting too close to the truth. Wonderful slow burn
that will keep you second guessing everything, even after the credits.
